If you forgot your password or are having issues connecting to our Wi-Fi network with your Google or Windows password, please follow the steps below on any device connected to the internet with a Web Browser. You do not have to be the person logged in to the specific device for this to work (meaning you can use someone elses computer while they are logged in to reset your password).
1. Go to passwordreset.microsoftonline.com

2. Enter your Email Address and The Captcha, then click "Next"

3. Enter the phone number you used for 2-factor Authentication, then click "Text" (or "Call" if you chose "Call my mobile phone")

4. Enter the code that is texted to your phone, then click "Next"

5. Enter a new password (minimum of 15 Characters) that includes a CAPITAL letter, lower-case letter, number, and special character
(Do not include any part of your name or other personal information like birthdate or last 4 of your social)
After you submit the password on this page (you will need to enter the password in both boxes) it will tell you if it was successful or if there was an issue. If it was successful, you should be able to sign into the network and all of your accounts after about 5 minutes. If you continue to have issues please submit a help ticket and our team will be happy to help.
