If you are having issues with your Google Password or with your Password for Windows/Connecting to our Wi-Fi network please follow the steps below on any device connected to the internet with a Web Browser. You do not have to be the person logged in to the specific device for this to work.
1. Go to passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
2. Enter your Email Address and The Captcha
3. Enter the phone number you used for 2-factor Authentication
4. Enter the code that is texted to your phone
5. Enter a new password (minimum of 15 Characters)
This will reset both of these passwords at one time.
