  • Is the WiFi switch on?

Look on the side of the computer or on the keyboard and ensure that the switch did not get turned to off.


  • Is the computer on the correct wireless network? 

ACSchools is for BYOD and ACSecure is for district owned computers. If it is a district/school owned computer and you do not see the option for ACSecure, then please submit a help desk ticket so that we can configure this for you.
