The most common problem users have with connecting a device is reaching the maximum number of devices allowed.


If you have reached the maximum number of devices that can be registered to our network, then please submit a help desk ticket so that we can remove your older devices.


For students, the maximum number of devices is 2, so we usually just clear out both devices. This will allow the new device to be registered. The 2nd device will have to be re-registered with the network.
